 Diego Perdomo Ferrer, CPA, CVA Diego has a B.S.E in finance and accounting from
The Wharton School of Finance and Commerce at the University of Pennsylvania. In 1984, he became a CPA, passing the test
with the highest score in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and joined Diego Perdomo & Company where he was the co-managing partner in charge of audit and consulting until December 1997. He founded
Perdomo Ferrer & Company PSC in July 1998 and became a Certified Valuation Analyst in December 1998.

degree in business administration, majoring in accounting, from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, where he graduated Magna Cum
Laude in 1984. Based on his academic credentials, the Inter American University accepted him in their Professors Development Program and
granted him a scholarship to continue graduate studies. He obtained a masters degree in accounting in 1987. During 1987, he declined an
university offer to work as accounting professor to join Diego Perdomo & Company, where he was an audit manager until July 1998.

 Julie Worley-Acosta, CPA
– Julie earned a BBA from Texas A&M University with a concentration in Accounting in 1991. She was a manager in Strategic, Financial & Economic Consulting at Arthur
Andersen until November 1998. Julie specializes in litigation services (including extensive experience with Puerto Rico Law 75), business
valuations and insurance claims, and has worked in a diverse array of industries such as banking, construction, distribution, entertainment,
healthcare, hospitality, insurance, retail, manufacturing, petroleum, professional practices, restaurants and telecommunications.

 Luis F. Arabia Umpierre - Luis obtained a B.B.A. in accounting from Interamerican University in 1971. In 1973 he founded Puerto Rico Computer Services , which offers a complete range of computer software
and hardware solutions. He is a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider. Luis has been a guest speaker in information systems and insurance
issues for the Mortgage Loan Association, Independent Insurance Agents Association and the Puerto Rican American Insurance Company.
